Ms. Pichanick is a dynamic business owner-executive whose leadership capabilities and decisive results-oriented management style defines her management capabilities for corporate financial performance, measured growth, and commercial success. Ms. Pichanick has a keen understanding of how professional disciplines fit together to create value. This understanding results in large measure from her experience working with senior management and leadership teams in a variety of industries. Ms. Pichanick’s experience and insights were broadly expanded through her involvement in several large corporate acquisitions, and subsequent integration of these acquisitions.
Previously, her participation involved managing internal and external communications ensuring synchronization of internal efforts to projected outcomes, and that these outcomes aligned with external messaging and information to third-party professionals, capital markets and investors. In recent years, Ms. Pichanick has concentrated her focus in the healthcare industry with a hyper focus on the development of technologies that aggregate and curate data from multiple data sources (information), and the development of associated solution sets (knowledge) for the business and financial aspects of healthcare to reduce healthcare costs and assist healthcare professionals with the delivery of improved patient care. Ms. Pichanick holds a BS in Political Science from Troy University; and has completed an Executive Healthcare Leadership Program from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
SVP, Chief Information & Technology Officer
David Hultsman is a senior executive with more than 25 years of Fortune 250 experience, having served as Vice President and CIO/CTO for major airlines, banking software development, telecommunications services, oil/gas energy corporations, and health services. Mr. Hultsman has led significant M&A projects, long-range strategy development, global infrastructure optimization and technology innovation initiatives.
David has held C level and executive positions with Fortune 500 firms in healthcare, transportation, airlines, banking, retail, energy and telecommunications.
He is characterized as a creative consensus builder, with leadership roles in cross-industry innovation, Airline Reservation Systems development, commodity Trading Floor applications, Enterprise data warehouse solutions and large-scale back office system implementations. Recent experience includes major consulting assignments centered upon corporate governance for Fortune 500 companies and interim technology leadership for the development of internet-based solutions, web-based application products and global transaction exchanges. Mr. Hultsman holds an MBA in International Marketing Management from the University of Dallas; an MA in Psychology; and, a BA in Social Science from Southern Methodist University. He has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences sponsored by organizations like IATA, ATA, API, AOPL, Gartner Group and Forrester Research.
Sr. Advisor
Dr. Ciccone, FACC ABIHM provides insight into new and developing technologies in the Health Care Market. He is currently involved in completion of the development of Juno EHR, DSS’s innovative solution to provide a comprehensive, user friendly EHR. He is a thought leader who has recently
published several articles on current status and the future of Health Care.
Dr. Ciccone practiced Cardiology for 36 years and has extensive experience in the development of new programs utilizing his skills in administration, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship. He assisted in the development of the Interventional Laboratory for St. Barnabas Health Care where he served as Director for 7 years, founded the Whole Heart Institute for Preventive Cardiology incorporating Holistic
and Integrative Medicine into a traditional Cardiology practice and was recruited by the Roper St. Francis Health Care system where he developed the highly successful Healthy Lifestyle Program. He has served as Vice Chair of the Board for Roper St. Francis Physician Partners and currently serves as Associate Chief Medical Officer/VP for Communications and Operations.
Dr. Ciccone is a founding member of Red Light Investments, LLC, designed to identify and develop emerging technologies in the Health Care Industry. Dr. Ciccone is triple boarded in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Integrative and Holistic
Medicine.

Edward Bujold, MD, FAAFP serves as Sr. Physician Advisor where he brings his extensive knowledge and experience as a practicing family physician to help guide development of KPN’s solution sets and services designed to aid healthcare professionals in achieving the Triple Aim – improved quality metrics, reduced healthcare costs and more satisfied patients.

Dr. Bujold intimately understands the issues practicing physicians struggle with on a daily basis, including the challenges of patient-centered medical home (PCMH) certification, PQRS and Meaningful Use reporting, patient engagement, and meeting pay-for-performance (P4P) metrics. He has been providing personalized, leading edge family medicine for more than 25 years.
Dr. Bujold currently manages his own practice, Granite Falls Family Medical Care Center, and has been named “One of America’s Best Family Doctors” by the Consumer Research Council of America.

Chief Administrative Officer
Annie Doyle holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer for KPN Health. In this key role she is responsible for administrative matters, facilitation, interdepartmental interaction and operational oversight.
The KPN team delivers customized, sustainable, performance-based solutions to every client engagement.
Prior to joining KPN, Ms. Doyle served as Manager, Meeting Services with Tenet Health where she was charged with the planning and management of corporate governance meetings and executive leadership events, staff management, oversite and organization of daily department operations. Ms. Doyle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The University of Tulsa.
General Counsel
Mr. Unger brings a unique blend of legal experience and knowledge to the General Counsel position that aligns exceedingly well with KPN’s vision and strategies for expansion in the healthcare industry.
Focus practice areas include healthcare law, compliance, corporate finance, technology, intellectual property, and contracts.
Having practiced law in the corporate and private sectors, his special expertise in intellectual property and healthcare law provides valuable guidance to KPN’s board of directors, senior management and professionals navigating KPN’s measured growth in the healthcare industry. Mr. Unger is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law; is a member of the Texas and California State Bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
